Furnace filters
How to change furnace filters?
- Determine your filter size.
- Find your filter slot.
- Turn off your furnace system.
- Take out the old filter.
- Insert the new filter.
- Turn your furnace system back on.
How often should you change the furnace filter? Depending on the type of filter you buy, it will need to be changed from 3 to 6 months.

- Smoke detectors (tenant responsible for batteries)
- Clogged toilet (plunge first and if unsuccessful, call maintenance)

We accept e-transfer, debit, exact amount of cash, and money order or third-party income support
I lost my key/fob
Replacement keys and fobs are available. Replacement fees will be applicable.
Are utilities included?
Utilities are not included with the rent
Do I need tenant insurance?
Tenant insurance is encouraged.
