Iinii’toyis (Buffalo Lodge) offers affordable 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments in North Lethbridge’s Legacy area. Close to shopping and amenities, each suite includes air conditioning, in-suite laundry, a dishwasher, and private patio or balcony. Assigned parking included. Rent starts at $1,235/month. No utilities or pets.

Iniskim
Completed on April 15, 2012, the Iiniiskim project features two modern buildings, each containing four energy-efficient, split-level living units. Designed to exceed Gold Level energy standards, each 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom unit includes hot water on demand, a full suite of major appliances, and an open-concept layout with a private deck off the kitchen—delivering both comfort and sustainability in affordable housing.
